Colour

Our core colour palette is important for two reasons; firstly, it creates differentiation for GoCardless within a crowded market. Secondly, it aids in our brand feeling distinctive and delightful to interact with. GoCardless takes the pain out of getting paid, and so our palette aims to project this feeling of calmness, ethereality and confident optimism.

Colour Palette

Dawn is our hero colour. It’s important it is used sparingly. If used too consistently it’s impact will become diluted. We restrict it’s use for hero and top of the funnel applications such as advertising and event stands.
In product and on the website, it’s used as an accent. Blue is our other core colour. This does a lot of the heavy lifting, invoking a clear sky, as a background gradient. This helps is used to create space for Dawn.
